Arch faces legal challenge in Malta over D&O policy
Lloyd's insurer Arch Insurance Company (Europe) is being challenged in the Superior Courts of Malta in connection with a directors' and officers' policy for European Insurance Group.
The policy was issued at the request of Malta-based European Insurance Group, which is now in liquidation, to protect its board of directors against risks related to their duties.
