United India sells crop insurance
Publicly owned United India Insurance is now selling crop insurance products as part of a tie-up with Agriculture Insurance Company.
Milind Kharat, Chairman of United India Insurance, told The Hindu that it started selling the crop insurance products this year, focussing on India's southern states.
