Yang Minsheng appointed chairman of China Life
China Life Insurance Group appointed Yang Mingsheng as chairman and executive director at its annual general meeting yesterday.
Yang replaces Yuan Li, who resigned from the position owing to reallocation to other job duties.
On the same day, Shi Guoqing and Zhuang Zuojin tendered their resignations as non-executive directors
