AM Best affirms Torus rating despite 1H11 losses
AM Best has affirmed the financial strength rating of A- (Excellent) and issuer credit ratings of "A-" Torus Insurance Europe, Torus Insurance UK and Torus Insurance Bermuda.
The ratings service also affirmed the ICR of "BBB-" of the group's parent company, Torus Insurance Holdings Limited.
AM Best said the ratings reflect its expectation that Torus' consolidated risk
