Japan helps out with Pacific Islands catastrophe cover
Backers including the World Bank and Japan have launched a pilot to offer aid quickly to the Pacific Islands when disaster strikes.
Japanese insurers have teamed up with the World Bank and the Secretariat of the Pacific Community to launch the Pacific Catastrophe Risk Insurance Pilot as part of the Pacific Catastrophe Risk
