CMS publishes 'practical guide' on claims against law firms
CMS has published a guide on claims against solicitors to assist parties involved in the professional indemnity market for law firms.
The move follows one of the most difficult solicitor's PI seasons on record, which saw at 153 firms enter the cessation period after being unable to obtain cover.
