Barbican Insurance Group today launched a talent and development initiative designed to enable current employees and future talent to further develop their insurance knowledge, acquire new skills and build a long term career within the industry.
As part of the Barbican Insurance Academy, the firm has developed an integrated apprenticeship programme.
During this structured programme, apprentices will undertake an extensive range of training
