Quindell boosts Ingenie investment amid over 25s and Canadian expansion
Outsourcing provider Quindell Portfolio has increased its investment in Ingenie to approximately 43% and has made a direct 40% investment in two newly formed Ingenie subsidiaries.
Ingenie has extended its telematics offering to over 25's across the UK, while also moving into the Canadian market. The 40% investment into the new subsidiaries represents a payment of £4 million in
