QBE on the hook for fatal train crash
QBE has confirmed that it insurers Renfe, the state company that owns the train that derailed fatally in northern Spain earlier this week.
A spokesperson told Post: "We are one of Renfe's insurers (third party liability)", but did not confirm whether it was the lead insurer on the programme.
At least 80 people were killed after the train
