LV to pay £7m PPO after newlywed hit by uninsured driver
LV will today be ordered to pay a £7m settlement to a bride who suffered brain damage when knocked off a motorbike by an uninsured driver.
As the last known insurer of the car involved in the crash, LV will pay a £2.1m lump sum for past and future expenses, and costs for nursing linked to a cost index in the claimant's native country of
