Aviva moves more UK roles to India after cutting 200 jobs in Manchester
Firm considering adding 100 offshore general insurance roles by end of next year.
Aviva is set to increase the number of general insurance roles carried out by staff at its call centre in Bangalore, India, after confirming plans to make 200 UK-based motor injury claims handlers
