Technology firm 2e Systems acquires Flightsurance

Flightsurance, a travel insurance start-up underwritten by QBE, has been acquired by 2e Systems, an online and technology provider.

Flightsurance founders Dr Jens Ortgiese and Zoltan Kastner have sold all their shares, making 2e Systems the main shareholder.

Further founding investors are also expected to sell their shares.
