Aviva settles with Bankia for €608m
Aviva has reached a settlement with Bankia regarding their Spanish joint venture, Aseval. The agreement marks the end of legal proceedings between the two firms.
Aviva will transfer its entire holding of Aseval for €608m (£494m) in cash, subject to regulatory approval. The transfer will take place no later than 30 April 2013.
