Motor book drives MMA leap in profits
MMA has reported a significant growth in profit after tax to £6.36m (2010: £1.14m) in its final set of annual results before it merges with Provident under the new Covea Insurance brand in September
The insurer's 2011 results have also revealed that gross written premium increased to £230 478 000 in 2011 (2010 - £220 453 000) while its operating profit on the technical account increased
