Plum signs back-office deal with Plus One
Plum Underwriting has signed up for back-office services from Hood Group subsidiary Plus One Services to free up staff and improve service to brokers.
Mahben Quddus, Plum's marketing and operations manager, said: "We recognise that the quality of service we offer our brokers is critical, especially given the often complex individual needs of clients
