Brit UK regional sold to QBE
Australian insurer QBE's European operations has bought Brit UK's regional operations with 130 staff transferring.
QBE said it had bought the renewal right to Brit Insurance’s UK regional operations business. The transaction should complete on 13 April.
The Brit UK underwriting and support teams are led by Ray Cox
