PPI complaints soar
The Financial Ombudsman Service latest figures show that Payment Protection Insurance complaints for the final three months of last year reached 30 301.
For October to December 2011 the ombudsman has recorded that it received 30 301 PPI complaints, up more than a half from the 19 259 it received in the months from July to September.
Overall PPI cases
