AGS hits back at accusation over payment
Avertis Global Solutions has denied allegations that it has failed to pay its field force for three months following the acquisition of Avertis Ltd on 14 November.
In a statement, AGS confirmed to Post that on 14 November Avertis Ltd was successfully purchased by AGS, following insolvency practitioners O’Hara being appointed on the same day.
