Test Achats prompts gender consultation
The government has issued a consultation document on how insurers can use gender as a risk factor in the light of the European Court of Justice Test Achats ruling in March.
The ECJ ruled that the use of gender as a risk factor should not result in differences in premiums and benefits for men and women, with effect from 21 December 2012.
