CII president calls for focus on youth
Chartered Insurance Institute president Julian James has laid out an ambitious manifesto for his CII centenary term of office aimed at bringing in new blood to the industry.
Called "The next generation of talent", the manifesto commits the CII to holding 100 events in schools, attending 100 university careers fairs and getting 100 brokers to join its Discover Risks
