AIB to challenge Quinn’s bankruptcy
Anglo Irish Bank is set to challenge Sean Quinn’s insolvency proceedings in Northern Ireland, according to the Irish Independent.
On 11 November it was reported that Quinn, pictured, had declared himself bankrupt.
According to the paper, the AIB, which Quinn is said to owe more than €2bn, is disputing Quinn's claims that he is
