RK Harrison set to buy MWA
Mercury West Associates has accepted an offer to be acquired by employee-owned insurance and reinsurance broker RK Harrison Group.
Heads of agreement have been signed and due diligence is at an advanced stage. The deal is expected to complete in November, subject to final regulatory approval.
