Douetil departs in Brit boardroom coup
The consultant advising Brit Insurance on future strategy, Mark Cloutier, is to replace the insurer’s current chief executive Dane Douetil from 27 October.
In other changes, non-executive director Hans-Peter Gerhardt will chair the board's underwriting committee. Chief financial officer Scott Egan will also join the board, while Brit Insurance chairman
