ABI calls for boardroom reform
The Association of British Insurers has called for a raft of changes to insurance boardrooms including an increased number of women and new guidance on executive pay.
In the ABI's first report on Board Effectiveness and the revised Principles of Remuneration are have been published to help companies gain a better understanding of investor views on boardroom
