RSA’s Tomlinson to prepare RBSI sale

RBS Insurance has poached RSA’s group legal director Humphrey Tomlinson to be general counsel and company secretary to prepare the business for sale.

Tomlinson has been charged with building standalone legal and secretariat functions ahead of RBS Insurance's divestment from RBS Group.

Prior to being with RSA he was with City law firm Ashurst. He
