Legal expenses market unclear
The International Underwriting Association has urged insurers to review their liability products in light of a vast increase in potential legal costs arising from corporate manslaughter prosecutions.
The IUA's liability underwriters' group has reviewed the impact of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act, and found that since the Act was introduced in 2007, the focus on policy
