Royal London in talks to acquire CFS’ life and asset management businesses
Mutual life and pensions company Royal London, has announced that it has entered into exclusive talks with Co-operative Financial Services to acquire its life assurance and asset management businesses, representing around two million policyholders and £20bn of funds under management.
