Jackson reforms do not go far enough
Government proposals on civil litigation costs should be welcomed by the insurance industry, according to Centre for Justice director Anthony Hurndall.
Calling for a fundamental change in the way claims and disputes in the sector are handled, Mr Hurndall stressed there is a lot more to be done in addition to the Jackson reforms.
