Apil seeks judicial review against Chancellor
The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers has taken legal action after the Lord Chancellor failed to review the discount rate.
Apil said that it has issued proceedings for a judicial review after the Lord Chancellor, failed to complete a review and refused to provide a timetable for it, despite stating last year that one
