Age UK warns insurers over fees
Age UK managing director Gordon Morris has urged insurers to be “open and honest” with their fees and additional charges or risk losing customers.
According to Mr Morris, insurers that levy hidden charges such as sign-up fees, administration fees for policy changes and high annual percentage rate for pay monthly premiums, will struggle to build
