Bureaucratic bosses damage insurance management
The insurance sector is suffering from substandard management, according to a new report. Research by the Chartered Management Institute found that 58% of the sector's workforce feels the dominant leadership style where they work is negative — putting the industry's productivity and economic recovery at risk.
