Prudential in takeover talks with AIG
UK insurer Prudential is in talks with AIG about buying the beleagured insurer's Asian operations in a multi-billion dollar deal.
"Prudential confirms that it is in advanced discussions with AIG regarding a possible combination of its business with that of AIA," Prudential said, who suspended its shares before the UK market
