RSA bosses in share windfall
Royal and Sun Alliance has awarded group chief executive Andy Haste shares under the firm's incentive plan worth in excess of £1.1m. The news comes as the group awarded a string of board directors including UK chief executive Bridget Mcintyre with shares which cannot be exercised until 2010.
The directors' awards by number of shares are:
Group CEO Andy Haste: 691,274
UK chief executive Bridget Mcintrye: 44,446
CFO George Culmer: 105,138
General counsel and group company secretary, Mark
