Cobra in takeover talks
Consolidator Cobra has announced that it is talks about a possible takeover. Giles Insurance Brokers has been tipped as one of the leading candidates.
In a statement to the London Stock Exchange Cobra said: "Following the recent increase in the share price, the board of Cobra Holdings announces that it has received an approach and is in discussions
