Oval snaps up Lochain Patrick
Oval, the UK insurance broker backed by Caledonia Investments, has agreed to acquire, subject to Financial Services Authority approval, the independently owned Lloyd’s broker Lochain Patrick.
Lochain Patrick Insurance Brokers was formed in 1987 by a group of London market individuals originally specialising in marine insurance. The company has approximately 40 staff, of which 15 areOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
