Groupama-owned broker acquires
Lark Group has acquired Griffiths Good and Company, an insurance broker based in Fleet, Hampshire for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition will add around £7m gross premium, £1m revenue and 14 staff to the group.
Following the acquisition Lark will have annual revenues of around £20m, and employ 255 staff in six offices across London and the South East. Roy Griffiths will continue to have management
