Insurer Aviva is set to snap up RAC after receiving valid acceptances for its £1.1bn offer, representing 88% of the motoring giant’s share capital.
At the third closing date of the offer acceptances came to a total of 104,876,980 RAC shares – with the mix and match facility now closed.Aviva has received valid elections under the mix and match
