Aviva continues disposal programme with UK subsidiary sale
Aviva has sold HPI Limited to Solera Holdings.
The insurance group added the gross assets of the business, which is a provider of vehicle checking services in the UK, totalled £112m as at 31 October 2008. Aviva acquired HPI in 2004.
