If your company were a British tradition, what would it be?
We would be the 2012 Olympics. (2012 was a huge year for us as we successfully separated and floated DLG.) The whole event was a huge British success story where a diverse bunch of talented people worked hard but had a lot of fun overcoming many practical hurdles to deliver a great customer experience! The Olympics also represent the fact that being great at general insurance requires multi-disciplinary excellence and we want each of our brands to be winners.

Which famous film/novel sums up your company?
James Bond. Like the movie franchise, we're constantly reinventing ourselves to stay relevant. We love new technology, yet also believe that people are always the best way to save the day. We also like to think we have a bit of style with a good sense of humour.
