Korean bank KB Financial buys GI insurer LIG
KB Financial, South Korea's second largest bank, is to buy general insurer LIG Insurance for 645bn won (£395m).
The takeover was approved by KB Financial Group's board after the two parties agreed to lower the takeover price from 685bn won.
