Fitch rates Old Mutual notes for Skandia purchase
Fitch Ratings has assigned Old Mutual's £300m issue of dated subordinated notes a final rating of 'BBB+'.
The proceeds will be used as part of the financing for the acquisition of the Swedish insurance group Skandia. On 18 January 2006, Old Mutual announced that it had received acceptances for its offer
