DCA to regulate claims management companies
The Department for Constitutional Affairs has been announced as the regulator for claims management companies in Parliament today.
In addition, the Lord Chancellor, Lord Falconer will also assist the DCA.At the second reading of the Compensation Bill in the House of Commons, it was also decided that trade unions will be exempt
