RSA review leads to unit sale
Parabis today announced it will take over the FirstAssist Uninsured Loss Recovery operation based in Halifax as of 1 May 2006. This arrangement follows the decision by Royal & Sun Alliance to review its ULR work which has been handled by FirstAssist since April 2003.
RSA has agreed to continue to outsource the work for a further two years under a service agreement with Parabis.
