Cologne Re Dublin downgraded by AM Best
AM Best has downgraded the financial strength rating to A- (Excellent) from A++ (Superior) and the issuer credit rating to “a-” from “aa+” of Cologne Reinsurance (Dublin). (CRD). All ratings have been placed under review with negative implications.
According to AM Best these rating actions reflect that the rating agency will be factoring diminished implicit parental support into the ratings following the decision of Koelnische RueckversicherungsOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
