DAS suspensions: ratings decision
Standard & Poor's said today that its ratings and outlook for legal expenses insurance underwriter DAS Legal Expenses is not affected despite the suspension of several members of the senior management team, as reported by Post Magazine this week.
S&P said in a statement: “While the announcement has clear commercial ramifications for DAS in terms of the potential loss of senior underwriting talent, strain on depleted managerial resources, andOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
