After-the-event start-up LitComp has announced that at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today all ordinary and special resolutions were duly passed.
Following the passing of the resolutions at the EGM, the Company has announced its intention to withdraw from Ofex which is expected to occur on the 20 March 2006.The Company has previously announced
