Moody’s downgrades Atlantic Mutual
Moody's Investors Service has downgraded the surplus note rating of Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company (Atlantic Mutual) to C from Caa3.
In the same action, Moody's downgraded the insurance financial strength rating of Atlantic Mutual and its subsidiaries to B3 from B1 with a negative outlook. Both ratings will be subsequently
