Former Gen Re and AIG executives face Grand Jury, claims report
Three former General Re executives and an ex-American International Group (AIG) executive have been indicted by a federal grand jury for their roles in a controversial transaction between the two giants, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.
According to the Journal the Department of Justice, which is prosecuting the case, is expected to announce the indictments within the next day or so, citing unnamed people familiar with the matter.
