CBG adds new offices with broker deal
Community Broking Group has bought Swinburne James, a provider of general insurance broking services, and Swinburne James FS, a provider of financial services, through the acquisition of Everfirst Services, their holding company.
Swinburne James, based in Manchester, has two other offices in Liverpool and Burnley with a client base throughout the North eest. The Manchester office will be relocated and integrated into CBG's
