New corporate finance broker at HSBC
HSBC Insurance Brokers has hired Alexander Pohl to its corporate finance division as project manager.
Mr Pohl has five years experience with KPMG advising clients on financial, commercial and environmental issues during transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, raising finance and insolvency
